Li Hongguo, born in April 1969,a research fellow in applied engineering technology, with a bachelor degree, now he is a member of the CPC Yankuang Energy Committee and serves as the Vice General Manager of the Company. Mr. Li served as the Vice General Manager of Suncun Coal Mine of Xinwen Mining Group in September 2016, the Vice General Manager of Xinjulong Coal Mine of Xinwen Mining Group in February 2018, and the General Manager of Xiezhuang Coal Mine of Xinwen Mining Group, Director and Chairman of Tai'anBaichuan Paper Co., Ltd in June 2019. He took post as the Chief Safety Officer of Xinwen Mining Group in January 2022 and Vice General Manager of the Company in October 2022. Mr. Li graduated from Shandong University
